We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@monarc.nz with your order number. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

We use 100% pure mulberry silk, which is the highest quality silk available. Our silk is Grade 6A, meaning it has long, uniform fibers that create a smooth, lustrous fabric. Mulberry silk is hypoallergenic, naturally temperature-regulating, and incredibly gentle on skin and hair. All our silk products are OEKO-TEX certified, ensuring they're free from harmful chemicals.

Yes, we're committed to ethical and sustainable production. Our silk is sourced from certified farms that follow humane practices. We work with manufacturers who provide fair wages and safe working conditions.
