We accept returns/exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
- Sale items may not be eligible for return

Email us at hello@monarc.nz with your order number and the item you'd like to return.

Receive Return Instructions
We'll send you the instructions within 48 hours.

Pack and Ship
Pack and ship your item back to us.

Order Processed
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
